(1) Scope of application

This machine is suitable for sterilization and pretreatment of fluid media such as milk, fruit juice drinks, tea drinks, various alcoholic beverages, soy sauce, vinegar, oral liquids, and pharmaceuticals before packaging.

(2) Main characteristics

1. Applicability: It can be widely used for sterilization and pretreatment of fluid media such as milk, beverages, additives, seasonings, biopharmaceuticals, and health products.

2. Scientificity: Sterilization temperature can be set arbitrarily between 100~150 ℃. Sterilization time is 3-5 seconds, and the sterilization temperature control accuracy is within ± 0.2 ℃.

3. Usability: Process parameters can be directly set and displayed in real-time on the human-machine interface, making it easy and effortless to change process parameters.

4. Environmental friendliness: Using clean energy - electricity as a heating source, without the need for boiler steam, which is more in line with environmental requirements and can effectively improve the working environment.

5. Progressiveness: infrared heating system, PLC and human-machine interface control system demonstrate advanced scientific concepts.

6. Fully functional: equipped with homogenization preheating, pre sterilization, and post sterilization cooling systems, CIP cleaning.
